F276 Absolute Encoder Error
絕對編碼器錯誤
Description:說明：
When turning off the drive controller with a absolute encoder (multiturn),
the actual feedback position will be stored. When powered up, the
absolute position given by the encoder is compared to the stored
position. If the deviation is larger than the paramaterized "P-0-0097,
AbsoluteEncoderMonitoring Window", the error "F276, Absolute
Encoder Error" will appear and be given to the control system.
當(dāng)用絕對編碼器（多匝）關(guān)閉驅(qū)動控制器時，將存儲實際反饋位置。通電后將編碼器給出的絕對位置與存儲的位置如果偏差大于參數(shù)化的“P-00097，AbsoluteEncoderMonitoring Window“，錯誤”F276，Absolute“編碼器錯誤”將出現(xiàn)并提供給控制系統(tǒng)。
Cause:原因：
1. Turning on for the first time (invalid stored position).
1.首次打開（存儲位置無效）。
2. The motor was moved further than allowed by the parameter in the absolute encoder monitoring window, P-0-0097, while it was turned off.
2.當(dāng)電機(jī)關(guān)閉時，電機(jī)的移動超過絕對編碼器監(jiān)控窗口P-0-0097中的參數(shù)所允許的范圍。
3. Incorrect position initialization
3.位置初始化不正確
Remedy:解決措施：
For 1. Press S1 to reset the error and set the absolute position.
按S1重置錯誤并設(shè)置絕對位置。
For 2. The motor was moved while turned off and sits outside of its permissible position. Check to see if the displayed position is correct in relation to the machine zero point. Reset subsequent errors.
電機(jī)在關(guān)閉時移動，位于其允許位置之外。檢查顯示的位置相對于機(jī)器零點是否正確。重置后續(xù)錯誤。
For 3. An accident may occur by accidental shaft movement. Check absolute position informartion. A feedback defect is present if the absolute position information is false. The motor should be exchanged and sent to the INDRAMAT Customer Service .
意外軸移動可能會發(fā)生事故。檢查絕對位置信息。如果絕對位置信息為假，則存在反饋缺陷。應(yīng)更換電機(jī)并將其送至上海仰光電子科技有限公司客戶服務(wù)部。
